Regionals at Allendale is a day of excitement, nerves, and more often than not, our fastest racing of the season. For many of us, it's our last opportunity of the season. This was probably the meet we worked the most as a team! The varsity boys had a spread of 48 seconds which means the first and last for varsity were only 48 seconds apart! He finished the race for his final high school meet with a 20:14! Elisha has shown great amounts of leadership this season and those experienc

Each team has their own measurement to what they feel is “success.” A team may have gotten last place, but each runner hit a personal best. A team may score in the top three as a team, but they didn’t run to their times or race strategy. A team can be eyeing for state or making sure all of their runners finish. It is a complex relationship between team success, individual goals and runne
