Boys Varsity Ice Hockey vs. Grand Haven

The hockey team traveled to Grand Haven last night for a non-conference game. After going down 1-0, the team battled back to end the first period up 3-2. Things started heating up in the second period with the team scoring 6 goals. Six minutes into the third period, the Eagles scored their 10th goal, ending the game with a final score of 10-2. Goal scorers for the game were Isaiah Clark (3), Colton Laufer (2), Brendan Farmer, Ben Baysore, Hayden Zimmerman, Colin Peal and Josh VanSchepen. Assists in the game went to Hayden Zimmerman (4), Matthew Ydenberg (3), Sam VanSchepen (2), Collin Wildman (2), Matthew Sweetland, Isaiah Clark, Danny Groszkiewicz, Josh VanSchepen, Spencer Burg, Josh Trendt and Colton Laufer. Brayden Melinn had a great night in net. The team travels to Midland for a pair of games this weekend.
