Mens & Womens Varsity Wrestling - Regional Finals
This past weekend five of our West Catholic Wrestlers competed in the MHSAA Regionals and all five student-athletes qualified for the State Finals! Congratulations to the athletes and coaches for their awesome accomplishments on Saturday and seeing their hard work pay off.
In the Men's Regionals, Cole Karasinski was the overall Regional Champion in his weight class and received his 150th career win. Teammate, Noah Abram took 3rd place in his weight class. Both will wrestle at Ford Field on March 3-4 in the State Finals.
In the Women's Regionals, Jessica Martinez took 1st Place, Aniah Tan took 2nd Place, and Emerson Whitscell took 3rd Place.
Lastly, Cole, Jessica, and Aniah advancing to the State Tournament makes each of them 4x State Qualifiers. Go West!

West Catholic Wrestling - Individual Districts
On Saturday of this weekend, our West Catholic Varsity Men's Wrestling headed to Whitehall High School for MHSAA Individual Districts. A successful day, both Cole Karasinski and Noah Abram placed in the top two of their respective weight classes.
Specially, Karasinski was the Individual Champion for the 150 lb. weight class with Noah Abram taking runner-up in the 165 lb. class. Both wrestlers advance to the Regional Championship this coming Saturday (February 18) at Belding High School.

West Catholic Men's Varsity Wrestling
On Saturday, February 4, our Men's Wrestlers headed to Allendale High School to compete in the OK-Blue Conference Championship Meet. An impressive showing, West Catholic had three athletes finish in the top three of their respective weight classes.
Congratulations to Senior, Cole Karasinski on his 1st Place Finish, Senior, Noah Abram on his 2nd Place Finish, and Freshman, Andrew Laperna with his 3rd Place Finish.
