The West Catholic girls varsity basketball team opened the 2020 new year with an all around strong defensive and rebounding effort against the visiting Lowell Red Arrows. Playing for the first time since December, the Falcons had a twenty-one point third quarter, on their way to their 64-43 victory. Abbey Kimball led all scorers with 31 points, including going 8/8 from the foul line. Olivia Vallone knocked down two 3 pointers and finished with 12 points. The 4-1 Falcons will open OK Blue Conference play on Friday at Catholic Central. Tip off is scheduled for 6 pm. Go West!
