West defeated GR Ottawa Hills 34 - 24 in a hard fought contest. The Falcons were led by Anna Richmond, who recorded a double - double. She had 17 points and 13 rebounds. Emily Kloska chipped in with 11 points. Kate Schwartzfisher, Anna Schwartzfisher, Emily Morrin, and Hannah Kieda applied outstanding defense as they held Ottawa to 3 points in the fourth quarter. Leslie Zheung also provided much energy off the bench.
