GR Christian Co-Op Hockey vs. Forest Hills Co-Op
The eagles, co-op hockey team made the most of Senior night, celebrating our six seniors, and getting them the win as they beat Forest Hills Northern/Eastern 3-1. Senior Brendan Farmer scored two goals in the first period to give the Eagles a lead that they would not relinquish. Jack Micus assisted on the first goal. Brody Baysore, and Josh Trendt assisted on his second. In the second period, Josh Trendt added a third goal off a pass from Brody Baysore from behind the net, Farmer also assisted on the goal.
Brayden Melinn and Cole Butler combined for the win stopping 46 shots in the game. Friday night the Eagles will face portage Central in their final regular season game. Game time is 4 o’clock at Eagles Ice Center.
