The Falcons kicked off their 2021 season by traveling to Unity Christian for a six-team invitational. The Falcons played five, two-set matches against: Calvin Christian, Comstock Park, Kalamazoo Christian, Unity Christian and Vicksburg. 

The Falcons began play against Calvin Christian winning both sets 25-19, 25-14. They then followed up with Kalamazoo Christian winning both sets 25-17, 25-19. The Falcons then matched up with the former OK Blue conference opponents Comstock Park; they would go on to win both sets 25-12, 25-10. The fourth match of the evening was to Vicksburg, winning both sets 25-18, 25-12. The final match of the evening came against the Crusaders of Unity Christian, a strong competitor in the OK Blue conference. In a tight first set, the Falcons fell 22-25 but they came back with a vengeance and split with the Crusaders by winning set two 25-18. 

With the split between Unity Christian, your Lady Falcons would find themselves on top winning the first invitational of the season. Also marking the fourth year in a row to win the Unity Christian Invite! 

The Falcons will be back in action this Saturday, as they compete in the WMVOA Tournament located at Caledonia High School.
