The Portage Invitational feels like a spectacle more than any other of our races. With good competition and the large number at the starting line, we tend to run a solid race!
Lainey Roth, Brenna Olewinski, Liz Richmond, and Amelia Snelling (in her first race!) all earned medals!
Lainey Roth (20:49), Katherine Klooster (23:02), Audrey Mckeiver (23:20) Liz Richmond (24:18), and Brenna Olewinski (24:13) all ran their personal bests!
Nathalie Strockis ran a season best with a 21:44!
Paige Clinger and Bree Hoffer ran solid races by keeping their teammates on their sights!
Our seniors of Maggie, Lainey and Nathalie will look forward to their last two races as an opportunity to finish their four year cross on a solid note! Also help their teammates be right there with them! Hopefully it can mean another race on November 5th!
Next up is the last conference race at Hamilton. Unfamiliar course, but we’ll be ready!
