The West Catholic girls varsity basketball team celebrated senior night with an impressive 66-33 win over visiting Hamilton. Senior Grace Nyeholt helped get the Falcons going by knocking down an early three pointer in the first quarter as the home team Falcons jumped out to an 18-7 first quarter lead. Senior Ellie Bies helped set the defensive tone with 4 steals and added 4 points. Senior Cadence Dykstra was disruptive with great defensive pressure and led all scorers with 18 points. Reese Polega and Elisha Dykstra both had 12 points for the 20-0/13-0 (OK Blue) West Catholic Falcons. West will close out the regular season Friday night at Holland Christian. Tip is 6pm at the Holland Civic Center. Go West!
